Sampled at brewery. Light, bright golden, mild haze. Crisp grainy aromas, some sweet notes. Taste is on target, more nice grainy flavors. Light and smooth.

Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. Canned on 8/16/24.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a dash of haze and a finger of frothy white foam atop.
Smell: light, somewhat crackery malt aroma, with just a tiny dash of sweetness. Not too bad.
Taste: a reasonably good balance of sweet and dry, with a moderate bitterness; like the aroma, the malt has kind of a crackery, almost bready character it. There's a bit of an aftertaste that I don't love, but otherwise a decent Kölsch.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: it's light and breezy, that's for sure, but I think that little something in the aftertaste that I don't love does impact drinkability for me.
