This innovative IPA is brewed with a classic West Coast grain bill, fermented with Norweigan Kviek yeast, and dry-hopped with Simcoe, El Dorado, and Cascade hops. Dank and resigny on the nose, hints of stone fruit, and a dry bitterness on the finish - we dub this a Pacific IPA to signify its roots in the west but honor its farmhouse attributes.

Taster flight at Matchwood. Golden pour, normal sized white foamy head. Light citrusy aroma, zippy. taste is grapefruit, grassy, hoppy, pine. A little bit of everything.
