i guess every ipa on tap in utah is a session ipa, never thought about that until now, but this is a good one, and the beat of excellent beer goes on for these guys, this is clean, bitter enough, fruity without being sweet, and quite modern really, nothing missing, fresh and effortless without being too minimal. a mostly clear medium blonde brew with an average height white head with good retention and lace. the nose here is a little catty, with layers of pineapple, mandarin, and juniper, some bitterness, fresh, sappy and dank a little bit, some decent grain balance, lightly toasted bread, graham cracker, not sweet really. the flavor is nice, hops start early and seem pretty dry hoppy, the bitterness is middle of the road and only very late, before that its crushed pineapple, honeydew melon, and zested tangerine with an herbal bite rising, nice fresh barley support giving it a bit of body, and a clean ferment with just a little bit of a catty linger and some botanical freshness left on the palate after each sip. drinkable and flavorful at the same time, solid low alcohol ipa here, better than many attempting to do something similar...

Taste at Post District location. Golden pour, scant head, lacing. Hoppy aroma, piney, citrus. Taste favors the piney notes, touch of hop resin, sticky
