On tap at Speakeasy Ales & Lagers
A: Pours golden straw with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer leaving a little spotty lacing.
S: Slightly tart, a little funk, hints of citrus, spice, maybe even a bit of sweetness sneaks in.
T: A bit tart, Belgian yeast character comes out, light spice and citrus, a touch of funk, and a little sweetness on the finish.
M: Light body, moderate carbonation.
O: Plenty of Belgian character, though it almost has a little Berlinerweiss vibe at times. A little different, but not bad.

Golden color with a thick head keeping a constant plate.
Yeasty aroma with notes of Belgian strains, honey, orange marmalade and a distant herbal.
Likewise, flavor of Belgian yeast, banana, spices, mild herbal, cinnamon, apple juice, chalk and oranges.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 7% is surprisingly well hidden.
Fruity and yeasty Golden Ale. Full of flavors, if you like the style you should try it.
