On tap at Speakeasy Ales & Lagers tap room
A: Pours midnight black with a frothy tan head that settles and laces lightly.
S: Light smokiness, roasted malt, very light coffee and chocolate.
T: Roasted malt, coffee and bittersweet chocolate, light smoke, faint vanilla, and subtle coconut that comes out more in the finish and after taste. Hides its % very well.
M: Medium to full body, moderate carbonation, quite smooth.
O: I wish the coconut stood out more, but it's still quite a tasty unique brew.
