Barrel aged English Strong Ale blend with a prominent oak and bourbon character thats backed up by notes of caramel and slight roast. The exact blend changes each year.

Multiple depths of flavor. Subtle bourbon flavor followed by caramel and vanilla. Slightly creamy mouth feel. Deep mahogany color.

On tap at Speakeasy Ales & Lagers tap room

A: Pours deep mahogany brown with a creamy tan head that settles and laces lightly.

S: Roasted malt, toffee sweetness, bourbon, and vanilla.

T: Smooth bourbon, vanilla, roasted malt, brown sugar, dark caramel toffee sweetness, and a light kinda smokiness on the finish.

M: Medium to full body, moderate carbonation.

O: According to the bartender this was a barrel aged blend and sadly, it probably won't be seen again. Too bad. This was outstanding, one of the best beers I've had.
