Wet Hopped with Chinook and Centennial
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a nice layer and laces very well.
S: Pine, mild spice, citrus, herbal, faint minty and chocolate notes, and a little malt sweetness.
T: Pine, herbal, minty and kinda chocolatey, citrus, grapefruit and a little lemon, faint tropical notes, and touch of caramel malt sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Not quite what I was expecting, but quite enjoyable.
