Pours a bright, brilliant gold in color, and is topped with a nice-off white head.
Light biscuit malt on the nose, and a bit of flowery hop profile. Maybe dry-hopped?
Very soft and light on the palate, from the first sip all the way through the drink. Lighter carbonation, and a lighter body in general, but there's a lot of malt character, here. Hops take focal point about midway through the drink and are just as expressive as they are on the nose. Very good!
With the lower alcohol and lighter mouthfeel, this would be an excellent summer crusher.
This one's worth a try -- maybe worth a case!

On-tap served in a pint glass at Wishbeer, Bangkok.
Translucent golden in color, it comes with thick frothy white head that stands with pretty good retention before gradually subsiding to a lasting bubble sheet atop and leaving sticky lacing wave all around.
Good mix of malt and hop in the aroma, malt provides its bread, dough, and honey while hop lends its floral, citrus, and spice.
The taste is what you can expect from Pils. Bread, dough, honey, citrus, spice, crisp, clean, and slight bitter kick.
Light body with smooth mouthfeel and moderate carbonation, the feeling is crisp and refreshing with a dry and clean finish.
A big quaffable and so drinkable Pils, hop plays a vital role in making it crisp and zesty.

Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a light golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of malts, lemons. Taste is malts, grains, lemons, hops are present, some grassiness as well. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a refreshing and easy drinking beer.

Speakeasy Ales & Lagers "Pop Gun Pilsner"
12 fl. oz. can, no apparent freshness dating
$2.29 @ Total Wine & More, Cherry Hill, NJ
Appearance: A beautiful head of rocky white foam rises over a hazy golden body. It's got the color of a pilsner, but the haze of a witbier... kellerbier then? The head retention is excellent, as is the lacing.
Aroma: Floral, grassy, softly orange-like, woody/spicy, citrus pith and grainy Pilsner malt... bright and fresh! Initially more floral and grassy, the woody spiciness really comes out as it warms, almost smelling like sandalwood incense by the time the glass is through.
Flavor: As the aroma suggests. Each of the components are clear in their own right, but still manage to come together as "one". Solidly bitter but not bold. Not unlike the aroma, there is a change as it warms, moving away from floral, fruity and grassy to more citrus zest and woody spice. Interesting and complex. It finishes drying with a short note of residual malt that fades as the spiciness rises.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied and crisp.
Overall: Really unique, and quite interesting. I'm not sure that that carries over into drinkability, however.

Appearance - Pours slightly hazy and straw yellow in color with a white, two-finger width head. Great retention, eventually thinning out to a consistent layer over the surface. Good lacing, consisting of chunks and broken sheeting.
Smell - Aromatic, with notes of lemon and lesser grass and spice catching the nose first. Honey undertone.
Taste - Follows the nose. Grain malt upfront, with lesser honey sweetness. The hops hit quickly on spice, lemony brightness and some bitter grassy character toward the end. Fairly clean finish.
Mouthfeel - Light in body with a decent amount of prickly carbonation. Smooth, crisp and easy finish.
Overall - One of the better pilsners I've had in recent memory. Excellent flavor met with great balance makes this a pleasure to drink. Wish I'd have brought this one on the rafting trip.

Impressive head that settles to rim bubbles. Good steaks on the glass. Light gold color with a mild haze.
The smell of fresh cut grain dominates. Slightly creamy.
A touch of sweetness before the bittering hop takes over. Much more bitter than a typical Czech pils. Lots of pepper in the swallow and the long lingering aftertaste. Spritzy but with a good body.
