Served in a snifter glass at the brewery from the tap.
Appearance: Dark almost opaque motor oil looking very thick with medium bubbles to the body. Head is semi thick coming off a tan color rising just over half one finger's length.
Smell: Potent smell consisting of whiskey and butterscotch candy. Sweet scent lingers for a long time especially after the brew warms a bit.
Taste: Complex taste which is sweet and robust, the whiskey feel is a bit over whelming. Toffee and molasses with hints of
Mocha...gets quite addicting.
Mouth: Sticky brew which makes you think of honey on a spoon, after taste of toffee and whiskey lingers.
Overall: Awesome brew, wish I could grab a bottle to take home but unfortunately they don't make it any more. Crowler life it is. Always in a glass and Happy hunting. Salud!
