The label says "Hunters Point Brewing" and makes no mention of Speakeasy. Clear
amber brew with a pile of coarse but long-lasting foam in the Bokbier glass. Aroma of peach, maybe. Even a note of iodine. It starts out sweet with berries and has a dry finish. This seems to have a malt liquor taste to go along with the herbal hoppy flavors.
It's actually pretty strange after a few sips. Really not like any hop flavor I can recall, or it's a new fruit. But drinkable like an American Strong Ale where weird is normal. I would call it a DIPA with all the malt and sweetness. From the 16 oz can purchased at Liticker's Liquor.
