On-tap at Beachwood BBQ,
A: Pours a hazy amber with a full white head, tons of concentric lacing, really good looking beer in a thistle glass.
S: Interesting hoppy note, quite earthy, a bit of malt.
T: Solid malt note which is not what I was expecting in a Scottish ale, possibly from crystal malt, weird flavour though it's not bad. Would be an all right amber ale, but it doesn't have the peaty flavours I like in this style.
M: Mouthfeel is solid, medium body, alcohol is not evident, pretty drinkable.
D: An interesting beer, but not a traditional flavour, worth a shot.

11th Anniversary Ale according to the people at Speakeasy. Split one with my brother at Beachwood BBQ.
Pours a pinkish red slightly hazy color. Must be loaded with crystal malts. Lots and lots lacing, good head retention too.
Aroma is very sweet, lots of malts, minimal hop aroma. It is complex yet there isn't much hop or yeast smell. Interesting. Almost think that this beer could stand to have a touch of roast or smoke to it.
Taste is sweet, bitter, heavy on both the crystal and pale malts. Neutral yeast and no hop flavor. Very smooth. Its nice to see a Scottish Ale that doesn't try to be 10% abv.
Medium/heavy body, ample CO2, highly drinkable. Very enjoyable, a bit strange looking but a good beer all around.
