Tasted at the Public House in San Francisco.
Pours a bright gold color with a very nice white head.
Aromas are citrusy, lots of lemon, and a background of sweet malts.
Taste is a bit wild tasting, kind of yeasty, with light creamy semi sweet malt flavors,. Finish is really crisp, snappy, and dry, with bitter lemon citrus like hops.
Mouthfeel is full and crisp, with nice carbonation.
Overall this is a tasty and interesting hoppy lager. This would be a welcome addition to Speakeasy's bottled line. Good stuff.

Had this on tap at Speakeasy's Firkin Friday party for CBC 2011.
Into a plastic cup, the bartender poured a medium gold color with brilliant clarity, supporting a thin white head with excellent retention. An inviting, citrusy hop aroma filled the air with a slight lagery-sulphur note present in the background. Hop flavor carried through into the flavor along with a crisp maltiness in an balanced supporting role. Finish smooth and dry with some lingering bitterness.
Overall one heck of a beer with great hop character, a pleasant crisp dry finish, and drinkability that lets me think I can enjoy pint after pint without thinking of ordering another beer.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
