We happened to be visiting San Francisco during Beer Week and were lucky enough to find the Three Ring Circus Ale on tap for a relatively decent price. The Beer was brewed in collaboration with Speakeasy Ales & Lagers, Shmaltz Brewing Company and Ninkasi Brewing Company- but was brewed at the Speakeasy Brewery. The beer poured a nice dark brown with a good head. It had a roasted and sweet smell. We could taste the Dulce de Leche they had added to it, along with a roasted peanut taste. Overall, this was a very unique and delicious beer. I hope they continue to brew it, and on a larger scale for others to try!
