16oz can from Tavour. Hazy, thick pour, silky tight head. Aroma is vanilla ice cream, citrusy notes. More vanilla in the taste, but the citrus is more robust, oranges, grapefruit peel. Zippy, zesty finish along with some velvety sweetness.

16 oz can.
Pours a muddy orange gold color with a finger of creamy off-white head. Good head retention. Leaves a crown of lacing around the glass.
The aroma has strong vanilla notes with orange, and grapefruit with a hint of lemon and pineapple.
The flavor brings lots of vanilla and orange creamsicle, as well as pineapple, honeydew melon, and lemon.
The feel is medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Creamy and smooth. A little oily.
Overall, this is a great imperial NEIPA that wonderfully utilizes the vanilla adjunct. It's like drinking a melted creamsicle or sherbet.

First off, I have to say I was hoping for more with this beer, as a collaboration between these two breweries made me hope for amazing things. Second, I know I probably should have reviewed it sooner, as I think this is over 4 months old, and it has faded. Third, I don’t think I ever was blown away by it, at any age I drank it at. I like how it looks-plenty of frothy head and lacing, like somebody put whipped cream on top of an extremely cloudy orange/gold beer. Smell is strongly vanilla with a slight lemony citrus tang. Taste is like somebody melted m&m’s and poured them in a mild IPA-it’s not chocolatey, but the vanilla provides a very similar sweetness over the citrusy base. There’s also a mild bitterness on the back end. It’s medium bodied, extremely mouth watering, and definitely boozy. It’s good, not great, but I probably should have reviewed it a lot fresher.

16 ounce can into a tulip snifter. Had 12/12/19.
Pours a hazy light orange, with a one and a half inch creamy head with a good amount of foamy lacing. Aromas of vanilla, orange, cream, a lightly dank aroma, a hint of green onion. Really does smell like a creamsicle. Except for the onion thing. The flavor follows the aroma- vanilla, orange, cream, light malt, some grapefruit as it warms. Lightly dank, a decent amount of hop bitterness on the finish. Smooth, somewhat creamy and refreshing, a very good lighter body, well carbonated.
Fairly straightforward, but really well executed and blended. Great vanilla. Very enjoyable. Would buy this again.

Pours a hazy & effervescent gold with 2 fingers of eggshell colored head. Some head retention & lacing
S: Citrus, some vanilla, leafy hops once warm
T: Straight-up orange creamsickle, some dryness up front. Orange and vanilla with a touch of lime and a little pomelo & leafy hops as this warms. Finishes dry with more pomelo than orange & a little vanilla sweetness
MF: Medium body, moderate carbonation, sort of creamy, lovely balance
Really enjoyed this

16oz can poured into a snifter. Hazy in plot with a nice creamy white head. Orange and Vanilla creamsicle and hops on the nose. Taste is sweet, hoppy, and the vanilla helps smooth things out a bit in the finish. Overall, solid brew.

Best milkshake IPA that I have ever had. Vanilla levels are high & perfectly complement the hops. Thick mouthfeel with creamy carbonation. I usually discourage vanilla in IPA’s, but this is quite the exception to the rule.

Hazy yellow body with a finger of white foam. Vanilla aromas present but not obnoxiously so, with orange, grapefruit zest, pineapple, and melon, with floral and earthy hops protruding through. Taste does well to keep the hop bitterness while giving a nod to the vanilla and fruit, though more muted than the nose. Fruit has a certain tang before hoppy finish, but not an intense tang. Feel is creamy, moderately hoppy, and smooth. A curiosity sipper

The look on this is a cloudy orange color. The aroma is almost like a creamsicle, vanilla and orange. The taste has a strong vanilla presence with some citrus, orange, grapefruit, and some melon. Sweet up front but a touch of earthiness and bitterness at the end. A small bit of alcohol burn at the finish.
