Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on January 18, 2020. Milkshake IPA brewed with vanilla, lactose, strawberry, orange and Mosaic hops. Nice.

16oz tallboy can pour into unbranded stemless Riedel wine glass.
Appearance: Opaque, hazy, and murky clarity. Golden orange bodied beer with a thick 3 finger bone white head. Good head retention and sticky lacing everywhere.
Smell: Exactly as advertised; vanilla, oranges, and strawberries. It smells fantastic.
Taste: Fairly sweet. Authentic vanilla flavors here. Orange cream sickle with a nicely balanced strawberry note. Finishes with lingering vanilla, strawberry, & oranges with a hint of hoppy bitterness. Mosiac hop profile is not very distinguishable.
Mouthfeel: medium body with moderate & adequate carbonation. No booze. The 7+ percent abv of this beer is not noticeable at all.
Overall: I don't get overly excited about phase three beers, but the best series in my opinion is the chantilly series. The vanilla is truly unreal. It might be what makes these beers so good. The fruit is as promised and tastes authentic. I mild hop bite is there as promised. These Chantilly series Phase three beers are winning me over on Phase Three. I do not enjoy admiting how good they really are.

Had on tap. Murky dark peach body with an off-white cap. Smell has candied orange, strawberry champagne jam, plenty of vanilla and lactose, and a hint of hops. Taste is muddled in comparison, orange tic-tac with strawberry mento blended up, very sweet but not cohesive. Feel is sugary, sludgy, decently thick, and velvet smooth, best aspect of the beer. Just didn't do it for me, like them in the separate versions better.

Released 1/15/20; drank 1/16/20 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque dull orange appearance.
An even pour yielded a nice off-white head; strong, frothy tree-rung lace.
Strawberry, tangy orange citrus, vanilla & faint grass notes in the nose.
Creamy medium mouthfeel.
Tangy orange & strawberry flavors up front; mild vanilla & mild dry grass notes on the finish.
Fruity but with a nice balance. Loving the Chantilly series!
