Poured at fridge temp. Pours a VERY thick black with minimal head. It's one of the thickest beers I've poured in a while. The nose is insane. The marshmallow comes through immediately. Wow. Vanilla, chocolate, a hint of maple, slight bourbon, and a bit of toffee come through as well.
The taste is incredible. Burnt marshmallows, Crème brûlée, toffee, raisins, bourbon, milk chocolate, vanilla, brown sugar, a slight cinnamon bun taste, and some dark cherries. This is sweet, but definitely not too sweet. It's just right.
The mouthfeel is wild. Super thick, with a marshmallow, cherry, and chocolate aftertaste.

500ML bottle with a fluorescent, trippy purple label. I like.
The beer itself is less impressive in the hotty department, a dull black with almost no head. The nose, too, is surprisingly tame.
Eunoia – Toasted Marshmallow doesn’t lack for aggressiveness in the mouth. Buckets of deep, dark, sweet malt with a glimmer of roast & a backing slap of marshmallow sugar, with an echo of vanilla. Bourbon barrel emerges full-grown once the beer warms, providing a stable base before taking over entirely. No heat; perhaps this is the NA version? That + the tastiness make this an easy brew to suck down.
Mu sixth beer from Phase 3 & easily the best.

Damn, this is great. Mild head and lacing. Reminds me of Count Chocula. Strong scents and especially flavors of chocolate, marshmallow, and barrel. Slightly oily, big bodied, boozy. Extremely tasty, well made.

Pitch black no head. Smell and taste are clones: big marshmallows with a hint of caramelized toastiness, vanilla, bourbon, toasty oak, chocolate fudge and Creme brûlée on the finish. Feel is smooth and warm with boozy edges, thick yet light with good barrel for an adjuncted stout

An approximate 2.5oz pour into Phase Three Stemmed tasting glass @ the source for FOBAB week.
Chocolate. Bourbon. Dry oak. Big Marshmallow. Barrel char. Toasted marshmallow finish that lingers. Smooth no booze.

Released 11/21/20; drank 1/30/21 @ Hannah & Kenser's.
Black appearance.
An even pour yielded a small, noisy dark khaki head which quickly dissipated; no lace.
Rich vanilla & milk chocolate notes in the nose; wood & bourbon notes emerged as this warmed.
Silky, thick mouthfeel.
A cornucopia of rich vanilla & chocolate flavors up front; as this warmed, bourbon & oak emerged to add ballast. This is a STUNNER dessert stout; balanced, delicious and a real pleasure to drink.
