Released 10/28/22; drank 12/4/22 @ the Yarchives.

Black appearance.

A slow pour yielded a noisy, minimal dark tan head which quickly dissipated; no lace.

Chocolate syrup, marshmallow & booze heat notes in the nose.

Thick, sticky mouthfeel.

Rich chocolate syrup & marshmallow flavors; once this warms up, booze heat & mild oak notes emerge.

Some barrel on this one, at least, bit it's pretty damn sweet. Good not great.

Love this, great melding of barrel and the adjuncts. Like a bourbon vanilla Graham cracker. Also love that it's not overly thick as a few of these have been.

An approximate 2.5oz pour into Phase Three Stemmed tasting glass @ the source for FOBAB week.

This one was a bit of an outlier compared to the other three in the flight of four pours of Eunoia.... Too sweet. Weird graham crackers note. Too sweet of chocolate. Weak barrel. Vanilla is the only saving grace, but it's not enough to save it. This just seemed to be a bit disjointed and had no finesse or balance. Didn't end up finishing this small pour...
