A nearly 50/50 blend of fresh imperial stout and barrel-aged imperial stout that was aged 18 months in Wild Turkey bourbon barrels before being conditioned on coconut and Dark Matter coffee.

An even pour yielded a minimal dark tan head; minimal lace.
Dark roast coffee bean, rich coconut & chocolate notes in the nose.
Medium thick, sticky mouthfeel.
Coconut, dark roast coffee bean & chocolate flavors.
Bold and sweet, with no barrel character. Best served in 4-6 oz portions.
