Jet black appearance.
A slow pour yielded almost no dark tan head; no lace.
Strong dark roast coffee bean, mild bourbon/whiskey & faint oak notes in the nose.
Thick, sticky mouthfeel.
Dark roast coffee bean & chocolate syrup flavors; mild oak & faint bourbon/whiskey heat on the finish.
Better than the worst Eunoia's, in that there is SOME barrel/booze present, but the dark roast notes of the coffee & some blunt chocolate syrup notes dominate the beer. Decent.
