A - Pours a hazy pale yellow-orange body, translucent certainly but only slightly transparent. Pours up with a dense, tiny bubbled head, fading to a thin cap, with extravagant lacing.
S - A nose full of tropical notes, mango and papaya, pineapple and guava, with a smart tart-style candy note.
T - Lush and bright, opens with pineapple and citrus, tangerine and lemon, with a dank tropical undercurrent, mostly passionfruit and papaya notes. The finish is drier, with a touch of pith, as the juicy acidity runs through the close.
M - Moderate weight, a bit dry, just a hint of silt on the tongue, soft carbonation, and a clean close.
O - Not necessarily the best Pixel variation, this one is a fairly straight-ahead NEIPA with one of the giants of the style. It certainly did not hit Trillium's heights, but I found it quite drinkable and satisfying nevertheless.
