[BREWMASTER NOTES]: Our atypical fall beer uses herbs harvested from my back yard to accentuate the peppery, perfumy character of the style. Bee balm, sage, sassafras and spearmint collaborate with the Belgian yeast and a finishing dose of NY grown Centennial hops to create a complex, herbaceous bouquet and flavor. 7.2% abv, 18 IBU.
