The grist is made up entirely of gluten free malts - Buckwheat and Millet malts. Generously hopped with Magnum for bittering, Centennial and Chinook for flavor and Amarillo for aroma. Dryhopped with Amarillo, Chinook, CryoColumbus, and CryoCascade. Not brewed in a gluten free facility.
