I feel humbled by this beer. I am fine, good actually with words: this reminds me of a Pliny the Elder (my favorite beer so far.) I suppose I could ride my bike over to Palisade and ask the brewmaster what they were going for. This beer has a rich, dank flavor. Not all that bitter, not much citrus. Not a bright West Coast style. I drank out of 16oz can, really enjoy this. I have it, somewhere in the Dogfish Head 120 minute and Pliny the Elder. Drink it if you can find some. Delicious.

16 oz. Can
Poured into a Trillium glass a pretty nice cloudy pale yellow color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger plus off-white head, which also leaves some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is pretty nice, hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, pineapple, grapefruit, mango, peach, guava), pretty nice diesel like, kinda. The taste is pretty nice, hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, pineapple, grapefruit, mango, peach, guava), pretty nice diesel like, kinda. Medium body, ABV is hidden very nicely, with a nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a pretty tasty beer. Orange Julius! MilkShake! Addictive!
