Nothing screams Spring more than Saison. Delicious, fresh, and highly drinkable are the hallmarks of this timeless French/Belgian style. Urban Farmer is Bright Tank Brewing Co & Artisan Brewing take on bringing this wonderful farmhouse style of beer to the streets of Perth. Pouring a beautiful hazy yellow, this beer has been created with complex aromatics in mind. It is packed full of citrus inspired botanicals, such as lemon myrtle and lemon thyme, alongside a dose of citra hops. It's complexity is truly a sum of its many moving parts. Fermented with a French Saison yeast strain it finishes dry on the palate, with a crisp balanced bitterness, and wonderful flavour of stone fruit, citrus and spices.
