Someone once wrote: ''You will recognize them only by Pils'' ;) Then get to know us too! Here is Pils in the German version. Bright, malty, properly hopped and countered with noble bitterness coming from two German hop varieties. Super drinkable and refreshing, it's hard to stop at just one large drink.
Ingredients:
Water, barley malt, wheat malt, rice flakes, wheat flakes, hops, yeast.

500ml pour at Pulapka, served in a shaker.
Pours moderately hazy with a light amber-gold color. Smallish head, little retention. Smell is mild, lemon and lager yeast, slight honey and bread sweetness. Taste is clear lager funk with a stiff earthy/grassy bittern background, moderately grainy, very dry. Mouthfeel is very dry, super crisp. Good, satisfying beer.

Very solid pils. Sweet but still dry. Smooth but with a punch of pale bitterness. Malty and bready throughout. Great balance.
