Taster at Bavarian Inn. Copper pour with silky white head. Faint malty aroma. Taste is caramel, sweet, dry, with a mild bitterness. Sticky, mouth coating.

L: Had this beer on-tap at The Bavarian Inn, poured into a pint glass. Had a yellow-amber color and a cloudy consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, somewhat long-lasting head. Above average lacing.
S: A very good aroma of hops, citrus fruit, malt, and tropical fruit.
T: Tasted of a little malt (mostly in the finish), a hint of tropical fruit (mango, perhaps?), a good shot of hops (not overdone, though), and some citrus fruit (lemon, orange). A straightforward, focused, and balanced flavor. This is almost a throwback flavor (before the heavily fruity NE IPA revolution), with equal parts hops and fruit. Pretty tasty.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a sharp finish. Medium-bodied.
O: A rock solid, easy to drink IPA. Drinkable.
