A beer to celebrate our German Ancestors, The famous Asam Brothers of Munich. We have created a classic German Marzen. Brewed with classic German Munich malts it has a caramel body with a clean finish that can be enjoyed all year.

Zwei Bruder Oktoberfest
16 ounce draft pours into a German style dimpled mug.
L: Clear orange-amber, one or two finger (depending on the server) off-white head, medium density foam had moderate retention.
S: Light nose, herbal and spicy Noble hop aromas.
T: Caramel malt sweetness right through, drying a bit by finish, subtle bread malt, herbal hops, hints of orange.
F: Medium-light body, high carbonation, crisp but not sharp with an underlying softness.
O: Very good, nice malt character, a bit sweeter than most Germans but it doesn't suffer from the overuse of hops that most American offerings seem to.

Light amount of white head. Medium orange with just a bit of gold highlights, for the look. A slight caramel note and medium toasted malt, for the aroma. A rather bland and light bodied, caramelized medium toasted malt and a little herbal note, for the taste.
