Pretty good. I just think it could be great if it was even a bit drier and the peppery note were a bit more pronounced.

Pours a deep beautiful golden with a bright white meringue head that dissipates slowly and presents soapy foam on the lip of the glass. The carb looks effervescent but not champagney. A little bit of bubblegum and oxidized copper (like a penny) minerality on the nose. It's got some bubblegum character up front that gives was to kind of a golden raisin character. There is a little bit of floral hop notes as well. The beer is, as expected, well attenuated. A really nice straight saison yeast saison.

Canned 2020/09/18, sorry to say I purchased this recently
Pours a light fizzy 1 finger head with med lower retention, touch of lacing, mostly clear golden straw color
Nose brings lots of spices and floral aromas, generic saison phenol spices, a little potpourri, mild fruit and citrus in the background, girsty grainy mild sweet malt, touch of honey and vanilla
Taste brings more floral flavors up front, some floral hops I think but more potpourri floral and general phenol spices, peppery as well, with some sweet malt, grainy cracker, little baked bread, some fruit esters as well, tree fruit and citrus, a little tropical note in the background, soft with a mild sticky but drier finish, mild bitterness
Mouth is med bod, med-higher effervescent carb
Overall basically a classic general Belgian saison, good malt base, nice yeast additions with phenol spices and floral characters up front with some good fruits in the background, light hop bitterness, enjoyable, only real nitpick is maybe a bit drier on the finish
