Esturarial is a unique farmhouse ale which expresses a profile of grassy malt accompanied by peppery yeast and a classic noble hop bite. The aroma includes green pepper and lemon peel, coupled with a distinctive farmhouse yeast profile. This Belgian influenced saison was crafted exclusively with New England grown and malted grains, including Blue Ox Malthouse Legend 6-Row-Pils, wheat and Munich malts,, and Aurora Mills & Farm organic Oats.

Golden color with a 4F head in a Tulip.
Some spice, lemon, but a traditional farmhouse ale aroma.
Excellent MF- not very carbonated, just right, light-medium body.
Great taste. Spice, coriander, very traditional approach.
Excellent Farmhouse ale very well balanced.
One of the better American Saisons I’ve tasted in recent years.

Pours a lightly hazy pale orange with more than two fingers of pillowy white head, good retention, very little lacing. Aroma is spicy, lemony, a bit grainy, a hint of hay. Taste starts spicy with black pepper. That’s followed by a light lemony tart note, some grainy malt, and some grassy/herbal notes. Finish starts and stays mostly dry but then there is a touch of a sweet orange/tangerine. Medium, maybe medium light body, very smooth, high-ish carbonation. Overall a tasty farmhouse ale, interesting and well balanced flavors.
