Pours a light golden, with a small amount of haze. Musty white grape nose with some expressed lemon peel oil. There's a potpouri of herbs such as lavendar and sage. It is bright with a touch of acidity. Some citrus again and lemonhead candy, you know, without the citric acid on the outside. No puckering here. Very dry with some bitter malt character from the spelt. This is terrific.
