Pours a frothy foamy almost 1 finger head with good retention, nice soapy lacing, clear lighter pale color
Nose brings some nice Brett, a little barnyard funk like, some tartness, fruity white grape must with a bit of dankness, a bit floral earthy funky, light grainy malt, touch lemony, grassy,
Taste brings grainy base malt, fairly simple malt base, cereal grain, straw, mild Brett funk with a little barnyard but very light, a little tartness, lemony, very light sour acidity, a bit more of that white wine grape must and general fruity esters, a hint of phenol spices, some banana interestingly, light bitterness
Mouth is med to lighter bod, a little thin overall, higher frothy effervescent carb
Overall not bad, but very light in general, if they advertise Brett I want a punch of it, not just hints in the background that I feel you can get from any Belgian saison yeast already

Pours a golden with white head. Brett, white wine, white grape, plum on the nose. This is primarily pear for me with some nice brett funk in that Little Brett type of way. Slightly tart but slightly...slightly. This is a really good brett farmhouse ale.
