Pours a very bright golden with some soapy white head that quickly dissipates. It is evident that this is quite effervescent though thankfully not enough to gush. Lemon and some, and I apologize - this isn't going to sounds appetizing - fresh paint on the nose. There is some cider, some cinnamon to go with that lemony acidity. The acidity levels at first blush are high. There is definitely some good sweetness that provides some semblance of balance. The lemongrass provides that herbal almost gingery note probably the primary source of what I would call the cidery note. A good one.
