Draft at the brewery
Big creamy pillowy head with good retention, thick lacing, mostly clear light golden pale color
Nose big rustic farmhouse funky, a bit of barnyard funk, horse blanket brett like funk, fruity mix almost skittles like but also lemon-lime zest, mild sweet malt and buttery oak
Taste brings a ton of buttery oak and possibly diacetyl with so much butter, little vanilla, fair farmhouse saison funk, little barnyard, cereal grain malt, fruity with more lemon lime citrus, fruity pebbles, mild bitterness, bone dry finish with a bit more herbal tea hop bitterness
Mouth is med bod, med to higher carb, don't really get much diacetyl slickness
Overall an interesting beer, great barnyard farmhouse saison funk on the nose, tons of buttery oak but also i think diacetyl, but enjoyable
