More Ginger than a Fred Astaire movie. More Ginger than in Jessica Chastain's family. Lots of ginger... More seriously, it's pretty dry, which you'd expect from the name and the optics are nice, but once the ginger bomb hit, I didn't feel like reaching for another one.

12 ounce can - $2.49 at Total Wine & More in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Appearance: Pours a lightly hazed, light golden-hued body with a flush of initially tall, white foam.
Smell: A lightly wheat-hinted nose, fairly floral with undertones of stone fruit, plus piquant hints of clove buds, exotic spices and the aesculapian fragrance of ginger.
Taste: Bready, lightly wheat with minute touches of cracker grain, honey. The snappy, spicy lemongrass and ginger burst in pretty quickly, then recede to allow some clove and the sweetish, tangy zip of orange to come into play along with some soft fruity esters. Closes out quite dry, playfully sudsy with a lingering blend of Asiatic seasonings.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Well carbonated.
Overall: Likable and reasonably spiced. I always prefer to let the yeast provide the spiciness, but, while this took a further turn towards the herb and spice cupboard, I am thankful it didn't go overboard in its spice additions.
