True confessions... This really is a Czech Pils. But I've been drinking more Pils than I want, so I thought I'd try what appears to be a new category on BA (or at least one I don't remember adding a brew to.) Anyhow, this 2024 reminds me of a Pils and if someone wants to change the styling, you got my vote.
If you are a Saaz fan, you will like this 2024 brew. If you are like me and like your hops more modest and mixed, you will not like 2024 so much. However, 2024 Looks better than it Tastes. Medium-mouthed, but moving towards light.
My first from Sibeeria... You gotta love their name. (But making fun of the Communist regime is not so funny when you see how Putin rules.) Back to my micro-review. .. In the 5 year old category, Sibeeria may be the winner for being prolific. UnTappd has them at 400+ brews. How good those brews are, I don't know of course. But energy and passion count for lots and Sibeeria certainly seems to have that. Prague doesn't need anything more eccentric than it already has, but now it has this 5 year old. Na zdraví !
