Served in "Grand Master" .5l glass. This lager is brewed with lemon and cayenne. Poured a clean, clear, bright pale yellow color with 1/4 inch of white head that had moderate retention and no lacing.
The aroma was mostly that of a basic lager, with just the faintest hint of pepper, and a nice touch of lemon.
Pretty similar on the tongue: solid base lager, a tickle of lemon, and a touch of the cayenne. As you work through the pint though, the cayenne builds up. It never overwhelms, but is certainly noticeable by the end of the glass.
The body was light, smooth, crisp, and had a dry finish.
Drinkability was good, although I doubt I'd have two in a row, i wold certainly have another.
Overall, an interesting brew. Worth your time if you see it.
