Inspired by champagne, this sour ale is brewed with pilsner and flaked rice. We use yeast nutrient to drop the sugar content of the beer as low as possible, giving it a crisp, dry finish. It’s then carbonated slightly higher than our other beers. This version features strawberry purée and edible rose petals for Valentine’s Day.
