Taster pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a small snifter glass.
Mostly clear, reddish amber colored body. Off white head. Leaves behind scattered lacing strings.
Aroma of berry fruit, lactose, and graham cracker.
Taste is berry fruity - tart and sweet. Flavors of blueberry, cherry, lactose, and graham cracker. Aftertaste stays tart but fades quickly.
Medium mouthfeel. Minor tooth scraper, and ends dry. Good carbonation.
Palate cleanser with berry fruit and cracker flavors.
