This is a little off, with some strange metallic notes in the feel and where the round bready malts should be, there’s kind of sharp floral hoppy flavor. Oy veh. On the positive side...the carb is about right and the flowery notes have some promise, but all in all, this suggests that these guys are not ready yet. I had the same impression from one of their pales, which had even more problems. Not sure what's going on, because I've heard positive things from others, and had a much better bier de garde a few weeks ago out at the vinyard...but the offerings have a ways to go.
