A dunkel weizenbock is a rare animal in today's world so I am very pleased to come across this at Schram. The dark malt compliments the wheat and weizen yeast very nicely indeed. Caramel and dark bread malt base with a banana and clove kick. A little bit of an astringent finish, but otherwise nicely done.
