Based on Suvero, our blanche with ancient wheat from Val di Vara, the must of Giorgia Grande's Raixe wine, produced with Cinque Terre grapes (Bosco and Albarola), is added to the IGA BY CASE. Must processed with a natural method. The result is a delicate, fresh beer with a delicate hint of grape at the end of the drink.

Genova 26/7 2024. 33 cl Chubby bottle from Squillari Enoteca, Via Ettore Vernazza, Genova. Simple painting of Hills and fields with a Blue sky om the label.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Bubbly. Disppaears completely after a few seconds. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet odor of green grapes mingling with a bit of tart citrus fruit. Yeasty notes. Sweet peach and grapes. Lime and lemon. Black pepper.
Low carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong tart bitterness. Aftertaste is sourish bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry and a bit watery.
I am not sure that they manage to pull it off with a beer infused with grapes. But nice try.
