Billed as a Pre-Prohibition pilsner, One Eyed Jack fits the bill; not too hoppy at 32 IBU. A nice-Looking golden with decent foam, I Smell mostly malt and some classic grassy hops. Refreshing and balanced, it has medium body and bubbles.
Midnight Circus are Athens based homebrewers who have grown up and contract brewing now with Chios Brewing. They offer three brews and have a good, but limited, website. http://midnightcircus.gr.
They also have lots of marketing moxie. So, I wish them well !
