Started as a brewpub called Stazione Birra, they have been around for over two decades and are bottling their line of 10+ beers and helping others as consultants; thus adding the name Birra Gladiatore.

Blanche could easily fall into the witbier style because it has wheat and oats mixed in with barley as the first ingredient. There also are some wit-like spices, probably coriander. And at 5%, it is wit-range. But, this is a very clear ale and given that it is refermented and non-pasteurized , it should be cloudy. So, I call it a BBA... but I'll agree to call it a wit.

As stated, Blanche is a blonde. She has mild, fruity Smells. Tastes are balanced, integrated. Bubbly cleanses the palate. This makes a nice table beer.
