100% spontaneous beer (Methode Traditionnelle) koelschip inoculated, fermented and aged in oak. This is a single barrel (P-26) released on its own, unblended, and beautiful! Notes of honey, lemon, tea, and leather. Released on cask and in bag-in-box. August 2018.
