100% spontaneous beer (Methode Traditionnelle) koelschip inoculated, fermented and aged in oak on the 2018 harvest of Colorado-grown Montmorency cherries. The result is deep blood-red cherry beer with the complexity and flavor of our beloved Belgian Krieks. We like the funk and tartness and well as the hint of cinnamon from the cherry skins.
