A 100% spontaneously inoculated oak-fermented Methode Traditionelle beer aged for 14 months in several large oak puncheons. We then moved the beer onto Colorado-grown Allstar peaches from Deer Tree Farm in Hotchkiss for the next 10 months. The result is an intense peach flavor and aroma with all the funk you could ever want. We can taste the fuzz and the sunshine, what about you?!
