We aged a two-year old Méthode Traditionnelle spontaneous beer on the world-famous Rocky Ford Honeydew melons in a freshly emptied Chateau Montelena Winery Chardonnay barrel. This beer pours a beautiful bright golden straw with a sea foamy head. Huge aromas of bright summer melon and fresh cut cucumber with flavors of the same.
