Eternity of Gibberish is a young Primitive Beer aged on 2019 Colorado-grown Montmorency cherries. Aged for 12 months on whole cherries this beer pours a brilliant garnet and due to its packaging method is served still. We get a big nose of cherry candy and fresh lime zest. The flavor is bright and assertive without being too sour. Sold in bag-in-box, this beer is intentionally still (uncarbonated)!

L:. Pours a dark cherry red with a very small bubbly head and no lacing.
S:. Oak, sweet cherry, vanilla, a touch of toasted bread and bit of tartness.
T:. Sweet cherry coats the tongue, followed by some oak, and a touch of vanilla. Lots of cherry in this one, more tart than sour.
F:. Flat (but it is supposed to be) with a medium body.
O:. The pack of carbonation takes some getting used too, but once you do this is a very nice beer.
