Festive Splash is a spontaneous blend of several 500L puncheons without the intervention of additional adjuncts or refermentation. In observing the magical and distinct environment each barrel provides to our beer, we wielded the gratifying differences in each individual beer’s flavor to create a blend that is greater than the sum of its parts. Boasting bright acidity, restrained bitterness, and a vivid citrus and herbal nose, Festive Splash is an unobscured showcase of Colorado terroir!
