Our previous 2-Year fruited Méthode Traditionnelle blend, Harbored In The Fuzz, spent an additional year in fresh Family Jones Rye Whiskey barrels.
We get a big, bright nose of freshly sliced peaches that’s immediately followed by swirling barrel-aged spirits and brown sugared oak. A moderately tannic structure counterbalances fruit sweetness and a bold spirit-like warming sensation.
